Gregory P. Rotman bought a six-bedroom, eight-bath home at 285 W. Via Lola in Palm Springs from Kirk Perron for $1.175 million on March 23.

The 3,455-square-foot house was built in 1958 in Snow Creek.

Rotman is the president and CEO of Paid Inc., an Internet sales company based in Worcester, Massachusetts. Before that he was a partner at Teamworks.

He attended Northeastern University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,600 home sales in Palm Springs during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $245,000.
